A recent poll by the UK government revealed that almost 90% of residents in England feel they don't have time to exercise or diet during their busy day. Most people seem to feel that they don't have time to learn how to lose weight even if they want to and would find it almost impossible to free up enough time to exercise regularly. One of the biggest misconceptions with fitness is that it's supposed to take over your life. It is most certainly not.

You don't even need to go to the gym to start seeing results. If you talk to any professional bodybuilder or sports athlete they'll tell you that abs are carved in the kitchen, not the weights room, so the most important changes to be made are things you can do at home right now. As you can see in the list above, you can make a great start towards building the body of your dreams before you even take out a gym membership! But when it comes to exercise, once again we meet up with this odd false idea that it needs to become the main thing in your day...

How long do you have during the day for a potential workout? Even if it's as little as fifteen minutes the fact is you can do something. Don't make excuses or you won't make progress.

Don't be fooled into assuming that you need high tech equipment to get a great exercise session. You do not. Body weight exercises like squats, push-ups and pull-ups may be basic but they provide an absolutely fantastic place to get started with your journey. In fifteen minutes or less you can transform your body with no equipment, no personal trainers and no financial outlay.

There are countless gym members around the globe trying to figure out how to lose weight or how to get that last bit of stubborn belly fat off their midsection. You'll often hear people telling those around them that they just don't have time to lose weight. You now have information to the contrary. Use it wisely and go get those results you've spent the last year or two dreaming of.
